We are excited to return to The Westin Bayshore for dinner with H2 Rotisserie and Bar for an inspired dinner celebrating seasonally-influenced cuisine paired with wines from Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. Chef Shaun MacLean will center his menu around the bounty of the Vancouver seafood scene with courses paired with wines from Bordertown Vineyards & Estate Winery, Gold Hill Winery, Ramifications Cellars and more.

Seating is limited to 40 guests, please ensure you purchase tickets for your pod in one transaction; seating will be limited to a maximum of SIX persons per table (as per the current Public Health Order).
The dinner will be held meeting health and safety protocols in place for restaurant dining under pandemic protocols. This will include seating in your designated pods, staggered entry times to prevent congestion, following directional signage and wearing of masks when not seated at your table, additional regulations may be communicated prior to your arrival for the dinner these health and safety protocols will be adjusted to meet the most current pandemic regulations at the time.
