Our team has been working diligently to bring you Pig Out within the restrictions in place from COVID-19. We know you are wanting something fun to do and although we need to adjust to welcome you in smaller groups we are excited to bring you on a new journey with us as we Uncork the Pig on the Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country Pig Out Trails.

When: Saturday, October 10th, 2020
Pick-Up Times: TBA – estimated 5.5 hours wine  & pork adventure
Location: One of the 11 trails through Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country

Your Pig Out adventure starts with a pick-up at a central location in Oliver or Osoyoos where you will  meet your Wine Country host and board the transportation for your group to start their Pig Out Trail. Transportation carriers will be adhering to the current health and safety COVID protocols.

Your journey will lead you through through a carefully selected trail of four wineries where each will pair their wines with a pork-inspired tasting bite, your third stop will feature a session with a Chef in addition to your wine tasting. Each stop will feature an experience at the winery and time to browse the wine shop and purchase wine if you desire. After your fourth winery the bus will bring you back to your pick-up location. As a Pig Out participant you will be given a card valid for special offers at Oliver Osoyoos Wineries for the duration of the festival weekend.

For ten-years, Pig Out has brought together the fantastic wines of Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country with fabulous pork-inspired dishes, this magically culinary experience continues as we all work through the challenging presented by the restrictions on large gatherings through the pandemic.

Pig Out Ticket: $69 (plus GST & processing fee) a 5.5 hour culinary adventure on the Pig Out Trails

NEW FOR 2020 – VIP Tickets —LIMITED ADDITIONAL RELEASE – $85 (plus GST & processing fee) a 5.5 hour culinary adventure on the Pig Out Trails, as a VIP you will get to request a specific trail and a special welcome gift.


Guest Chef Dinner

When: Friday October 9th
Time: 6-9 pm
Location: The Sonora Room, Burrowing Owl Winery

Enjoy an evening of carefully curated cuisine prepared by chefs from across Western Canada, featuring wines from Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country and a selection of local and regional chefs. Each chef will create one course that will be paired with specially selected wines.

Join Chef Lee Humphries of the Sonora room at Burrowing Owl Winery as he welcomes Chef Quinn Staple from Yellow Door Bistro and Chef Alessandro Vianello in preparing this special meal. (more chefs may be added)

Dinner Ticket: $119 (plus GST & processing fee), includes 5-course dinner with wine pairings from Burrowing Owl and Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country

What is the Pig Out?
The Pig Out is a family-friendly, outdoor event featuring our member wineries and our local chefs.

Are my tickets refundable?

As indicated at the time of purchase all event tickets are non-refundable.

Are my tickets transferable?

For Pig Out check-in is by scanned ticket, you are able to give your tickets to someone else but they must bring the digital ticket to be scanned and admitted. Tickets that cannot be scanned or are marked as duplicate scans will not be permitted.

What wineries are participating?
Only our member wineries participate and they can vary year to year. For a current list of our member wineries please click here.

What chefs/restaurants are participating?
These can vary from year to year depending on availability of the chefs.

What happens if it rains?
The Pig Out goes rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Can I bring my dog?
Even though this is an outdoor event we do not allow dogs (or any other pets) on the event grounds.
